Our Services
At Sea to Central, we help participants navigate and guide their NDIS plans. Our support coordinators advocate for participants’ rights and interests, ensuring they have access to the support and services needed to achieve their goals.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate, live, and gather, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community. We pay respect to Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We are committed to honouring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage and culture, and to working towards a more inclusive and equitable community for all.
